Sugar Crystals

Sugar crystals, or ‘rock candy’ as it’s known in America, is a very interesting (and tasty) scientific experiment, plus it’s very fun to watch the crystals grow.

I always used to get excited at restaurants when my parents got these sugar crystal sticks to stir their coffee/tea with!
