How to Knit Cables without a Cable Needle
A More Efficient Method for Knitting Narrow Cables
This knitting lesson walks you through how to knit both left-leaning (C4F) and right-leaning (C4B) cables without the need for a separate cable needle.
I personally use a cable needle for picking up more than a couple of stitches at a time, but for narrow cables - particularly if there are many of them on a row - I use this method instead.
