DIY Leather Tri-Corn Hat

This tutorial over on Instructables shows you how to recycle leather from an old sofa into a cool pirate hat. I love the style of it, and I particularly love the way they made their own hat mould from a plastic jug!

(If you don’t have an old sofa to hack up, then you can find leather remnants/scraps on eBay.)
