Tuile Biscuits in Puddings

 I love the look of this pudding (I’ve always secretly harboured an ambition to be a pastry chef!) – and it consists of a tuile biscuit cage with mixed berries and ice-cream in the centre, and a spun sugar decoration on top – mmmmm!
