Water Soluble Oil Pastels

OK, this is more of an art technique than a craft one, but it looks fab so hopefully you’ll forgive me! Follow these quick instructions to get a funky piece of artwork from using watercolour paper, water soluble oil pastels, water and an acrylic medium.
